ATLANTA, Ga. – The LaGrange College men's and women's track and field teams completed their inaugural 2026 season at the Emory Twilight meet hosted by Emory University on Wednesday evening at the Woodruff Physical Education Center Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

TOP PERFORMERS.

• Freshman Ryheem Mighten (Kingston, Jamaica) shattered his own school record in the men's 200-meter dash, winning the event outright in a field of 15 runner with a time of 21.16. At press time, Mighten's mark ranked him 20^th in all of Division III for this season, and puts him in the running to qualify for the NCAA Championships. Mighten also topped his own school record in the men's 100-meter dash, clocking in with a time of 10.63, good for eighth place out of 24 runners.
• Freshman A'mya Hill (Fitzgerald, Ga.) finished seventh of eleven competitors in the women's 100-meter dash with a time of 12.22, the second-best time of her career. Hill also P.R.'d in the women's 200-meter dash with a time of 25.51, coming in second of five.
• Freshman Fabian Coleman (Atlanta, Ga.) was just behind Mighten in the men's 100-meter dash with a time of 10.64 for a personal record, finishing ninth out of 24.
• Freshman Khristian Bell (Tyrone, Ga.) finished third-of-five in the women's triple jump with a mark of 10.77 meters. Bell also finished seventh of eleven in the women's long jump with a mark of 5.34 meters. Finally, Bell finished just behind Hill in the women's 100-meter dash, coming in eighth place out of eleven runners with a time of 12.26, a career-best.
• Freshman Roman Brown (Covington, Ga.) hit a personal best in the men's 100-meter dash with a time of 10.96, placing 14^th out of 24.
