The LaGrange College Women's Soccer Team (2-2-3) are set to host Oglethorpe University (3-3-1) on Tuesday (Sept. 24) after returning from a two-game road trip this past week.

The Matchup
The Panthers are coming off a hard-fought draw on Sunday (Sept. 22) where they took on Toccoa Falls College on the road in a 1-1 deadlocked final. LC is 2-7-1 against OU since 2010, with their only wins against the Stormy Petrels coming in back-to-back fashion in 2011-2012. They will be looking to add a more recent victory to the all-time series on Tuesday.

As for Oglethorpe, a losing streak of three games has plagued their most recent efforts. Having won six of the last seven matchups against LaGrange, they will have a distinct sense of confidence in their ability to go toe-to-toe with the host Panthers in this year's installment of the series between the two teams.

Players to Watch
Briana Suarez scored her first goal of the season in the team's most recent game and will have her sights set on impacting the scoresheet again on Tuesday.

Oglethorpe will look for offensive production from one of their key goal-scorers in F Mackenzie Jones, who has three goals and seven shots this season.
