The LaGrange College Women's Soccer Team (1-1-2) are set to host Centenary College (0-1-0) on Saturday (Sept. 14) at 1 p.m. in their fourth home match of the season.

The Matchup
This will be the Panthers' second ever meeting with CC, the first coming on August, 30th, 2019 in which they were dealt a 0-1 loss. The Panthers have the edge in number of matches played so far (four to CC's one) and will look to use that to their advantage in what they hope will be a big win to finish the first home stretch of the season.

Centenary will have their sights set on a bounce back performance after conceding three goals in a season-opening loss to East Texas Baptist (Sept. 1). The Catahoula plan to make good on two weeks rest and potentially outpace the more battle-tested Panthers. 

Players to Watch
LaGrange centerfielder Charlee Hunt (Soph) has been the Panthers' workhorse so far this season, starting all four games and leading the team with 360 minutes played. A solid performance on the pitch and a few appearances on the score sheet will be paramount in ensuring her team's ability to secure a victory. 

Centenary will be looking to generate a majority of their offensive production from midfielder Sydney Hamm, who has been a primary piece for her squad, registering two shots in the team's previous loss to ETB.
