LAGRANGE, Ga. – After severe weather pushed it back a day, LaGrange (1-3, 0-0 CCS) softball hits the road for the first time as they take on No. 19 Birmingham Southern (0-0, 0-0 SAA) in a non-conference doubleheader on Sunday, February 12.
LC comes in having dropped a doubleheader to NAIA Reinhardt (2/8) by scores of 4-1 and 11-4 while BSC will be opening their season following the delay.
SERIES HISTORY
In a series that dates back to 2009, BSC holds a massive 19-1 advantage over LaGrange, including a perfect 10-0 record in Birmingham. They come in having won 12 in a row dating to the 2015 season while the Panthers notched their lone victory in the series by a 1-0 margin in 2012.
