MACON, Ga. - Kelsey Lewis' first half goal lifted LaGrange to a 1-0 non-conference win over Wesleyan on Wednesday.

Lewis scored in the closing minutes of the first half. Wesleyan goalkeeper Centara Nulf stopped Danielle Zimmerman's shot, but Lewis was there to stick in the rebound for a 1-0 lead.

Freshman Saige MacLeay made her second straight start in goal for the Panthers. She had to only make one save in recording her first collegiate win and shutout. 

The Panthers host Greensboro at 10 a.m. on Saturday and Averett at 1 p.m. on Sunday in USA South matches.
