Freshman Saige MacLeay made her first start in goal for LaGrange as the Panthers faced Covenant in a USA South on Saturday at Panther Field.

MacLeay made eight saves in the match, allowing only a second half goal in the 1-0 loss to the Lady Scots. She faced 15 shots, with nine being on goal, in the match.

The Panthers play at Wesleyan in a non-conference match Wednesday at 7 p.m.
