LaGrange hosted Averett for Senior Day on Sunday at Panther Field. The visiting Cougars took the USA South match 4-1.

The team's lone senior, Andrea Richard, was honored in a ceremony after the match. Richard has been a four-year starter for the Panthers and has earned USA South Academic All-Conference honors. She is 10th on the school's career list for goals scored with 16.

Paige Smyth's goal in the 70th minute off an assist from Rachel Jenkins cut Averett's lead to 2-1. It was Smyth's first goal of the season. The Cougars added a pair of insurance goals for the 4-1 final.

The Panthers play at Agnes Scott on Wednesday in a non-conference match.
