FERRUM, Va. - Ferrum used a big first half in route to a 5-0 USA South win over LaGrange on Sunday.

The Panthers finished their weekend conference road trip 1-1. They are 5-5 overall and 2-2 in USA South play.

Ferrum enjoyed a 26-6 shot advantage in the game. The host Panthers built a 4-0 first half lead.

Courtney Slauson and Carly Farrow combined for 13 saves in goal for the Panthers.

The Panthers host Piedmont in a USA South game Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
