Women's Soccer: Panthers honor seniors in last home match

Maryville spoiled Senior Day for LaGrange, downing the Panthers 3-0 in a USA South match Saturday. The loss left the Panthers 7-7-2 overall and 2-5-2 in conference play.

Before the match, seniors Brittany Gray, Hope Sims, Melanie Sommers, Emily St. Pierre and Chelsea Totaro were honored with a pre-match ceremony. Totaro had five saves in goal in her last home match. 

Maryville did all of the scoring in the second half. The Scots had a 17-4 shot advantage, including 15-2 in the second half.

The Panthers play at Methodist and North Carolina Wesleyan in USA South matches next Friday and Saturday.
