LAGRANGE, Ga. – Senior guard Skylar Edwards (Canton, Ga.) and sophomore forward Hope Harrell (Trinity, Ala.) of the LaGrange College women's basketball program have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team as announced by the CSC on Tuesday for the 2025-2026 season.

Edwards and Harrell were both recognized by the association for their performance both on the field and in the classroom after a season that saw the Panthers claim their first-ever conference championship, and with it a berth in the NCAA Tournament.

The Academic All-District® Women's Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.

The College Sports Communicators – formerly CoSIDA – have recognized outstanding academics among student-athletes since 1952.
