Two Panthers were awarded CCS honors following their outstanding performances in the College of Wooster and Berea College sweeps this past week. Sophomore Jackson McElvy earned CCS Player of the Week and freshman Fletcher Hislop was named CCS Rookie of the Week.

In the five wins this past week, Jackson McElvy tallied eight runs, seven hits with two doubles and five stolen bases. He posted a .368 batting average, slugging percentage of .474 and a solid .481 on-base percentage.

Fletcher Hislop finished with three runs, seven hits and seven RBIs in the five games played. Hislop also secured two triples with a batting average of .350 and a outstanding .550 slugging percentage.
