Game one details
Jenna Yeary started on the mound for the Panthers. The sophomore pitcher has a 4.55 ERA in 40 innings pitched. In the first, the Eagles jumped out to a 1-0 lead after the base runner at third tagged up and made it home before getting thrown out. They finished the top of the first up 3–0 thanks to a pair of RBIs. In the fourth, the Eagles extended their lead to 4-0 on another RBI double. In the fourth, the visitors went up 7-0. During the fifth, they scored three more runs. That is when Yeary was relieved by
Claire Chamberlain. The Eagles went on to win 19-1. The one Panther run came off of an RBI single by
Kelsea Moody.

Claire Chamberlain continued to pitch in game two. In 51 innings pitched this year, she has a 4.25 ERA. After one inning, the Eagles lead 2-0. In the third, Emory added three more runs with a pair of RBIs. Still in the third, LC cut the Emory lead to 5-2 thanks to an RBI single by
Zoe Veres. The Eagles would go on to win 5-2.
