The teams
The Panthers are 9-4 and just recently split a two-game series against #25 N.C. Wesleyan (March 10). In the 17-4 game one win, freshman Colby Zinser hit his third two-run homer of the year. Brody Hollingsworth and Adam Dorn also crushed home runs in this big LC win. Dorn has found some early hitting success this season. With 40 at bats, he has posted a .425 hitting average and a 1.079 OPS. The Vikings are 12-5 and are coming off a 1-2 series loss to a tough Centre College team (March 9-10). In 72 at bats, Joey Garcia has a team-high .431 hitting average and a .913 OPS.
