Box Score In game two of the three-day Alabama trip, the Panthers came away with a 4-1victory over Wheaton.

Game details
Dalton Brooks was on the mound for the Panthers in game two. In the bottom of the first, LC jumped out to a 2-0 lead thanks to a double from Joe Ruth that drove in Jackson McElvy. Then Brody Hollingsworth brought Ruth home on a single to left. Wheaton responded with a score in the second inning to cut the Pander lead to 2-1. The game stayed at 2-1 until an error by Wheaton allowed Noah Preuer to come home. Still in the fourth inning, Fletcher Hislop stole home to extend the LC advantage to 4-1. In the fifth, Dalton Brooks was relieved on the mound by senior Jack Richards. Brooks finished the day only allowing two hits and one run while striking out nine batters. LC still held a 4-1 lead at the change. The Panthers were out in front by three going into eighth. Richards would be replaced with sophomore Eli Folds. He finished his day with one strikeout and only two hits allowed through two innings. Folds closed out the game securing a 4-1 win for the Panthers.
