Box Score LC Men's Lacrosse team beats the Hawks by 13 in rivalry game, setting the Panther record to 5-7.
First HalfÂ
The first quarter started off with a goal from the Panther's own senior midfielder
Ben Bryan in under a minute. The Panther offense held a great start, scoring seven goals in the first quarter to the Hawks three. The second quarter saw the Panthers scoring six more goals to the Hawks single opposing score, one of which was from junior defensive midfielder
Anthony Dalessandro. The score by the end of the half was 13-4.
Second Half
The second half consisted of an impressive Panther offense, resulting in a steady stream of six goals. The Hawks failed to match the men of Lagrange, only scoring three goals in the third quarter. At the end of the quarter, the score was 19-7. The fourth quarter saw senior goalie
Lucas Webb take the field. After an easy three goals to another two from the Hawks, the game ended victoriously with 22-9.
Next Game
The Panthers face the Pride of Greensboro College (April 6) at home on the weekend after next.
