PRATTVILLE, Ala. – The LaGrange College men's golf team competed at the RTJ Capital Classic hosted by rivals Huntingdon College earlier this week at the RTJ Golf Course in Prattville, Alabama. The tournament was highlighted by sophomore
CJ Kilkelly's (Tampa, Fla.) hole-in-one on hole two in the third round.
TOP PANTHERS
- Senior Eli Rogers (Athens, Ga.) led the charge for LC after completing with scores of +2, +10 and +1 for a +13 finish overall.
- Kilkelly wasn't far behind, finishing at +14 after posting scores of +3, +7 and +4.
- Sophomore Albin Nirup (Loddekopinge, Sweden) ended with a +17 over three rounds, with scores of +8, +2 and +7.
- Sophomore Trey Galbraith (Lee, Fla.) posted a combined score of +25, after coming in with 82, 75 and 84 strokes.
- Freshman Lincoln McKeone (Lincoln, Neb.) concluded the tournament with a +48, with scores of +15, +8 and +25.
UP NEXT
- LC returns to the links on Apr. 13-14 when they compete in the Sam Snead Invitational at the Golden Horseshoe Golf Course in Williamsburg, Virginia hosted by Piedmont University.
