LAGRANGE, Ga. – Senior quarterback Henry Brodnax (Newnan, Ga.) of the LaGrange College football team has been named the USA South Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending October 11, 2026 in an announcement by the conference on Monday.

Brodnax was instrumental in leading the Panthers to their 35-0 win over Methodist University on Friday evening at Callaway Stadium. The Sports Management major tossed three touchdowns in a 35-0 win over USA South foe Methodist last week, going 18-of-30 through the air for 334 yards in his best performance of the season thus far.

The senior team captain has LaGrange at 4-1 with a 2-0 start in conference play. He currently ranks tenth in the nation in yards per completion at 16.29. It is the second time Brodnax has been recognized by the conference as the OPOTW, as he previously awarded the honor last season for week ending November 16, 2025.

LaGrange is back on the field next Saturday when they travel to Brevard College for a 1:00 p.m. game in a much-anticipated contest between two of the USA South's best programs.
