LAGRANGE, Ga. – The LaGrange College men's lacrosse team is gearing up for their 2026 season under first-year head coach Carter Brand.
The Panthers are expected to look to turn to senior attacker
Nicholas Murciano (Gainesville, Ga.) to lead their offense, as the striker led LaGrange with 23 goals in ten games in 2025. Senior midfielder
Tyler Abrams (McDonough, Ga.) also stepped up last year, finishing with 14 goals and 25 ground balls.
Sophomore defender
Jackson Ball (North Cobb, Ga.) had a strong rookie season last year, leading the team with 11 caused turnovers. Senior defender
Hammond Folsom (Villa Rica, Ga.) returns to the team after a year away.
Freshman goalkeeper
Alex Mann (Peachtree City, Ga.) is projected as the team's starting netminder. Freshman long-stick midfielder
Ethan Brim (Fayetteville, Ga.) is also expected to have an immediate impact.
The team opens their season on Saturday, January 31
st at Centenary College. Their first home game will come on Saturday, February 28
th when they host Point University in a 1:00 p.m. game at Callaway Stadium. They'll begin the USA South Athletic Conference league schedule on Wednesday, March 11
th when they travel to Piedmont University.
