JACKSON, Miss. – The LaGrange College women's soccer team won 4-3 on the road at Millsaps College in non-conference action on Sunday at Harper Davis Field in Jackson, Mississippi. The win marks head coach
Johnathan Barragan's first as a LaGrange Panther.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- LaGrange junior midfielder Jordyn Rawlings (Newnan, Ga.) netted a penalty kick in the third minute of play to put LC ahead 1-0 early.
- The Majors were able to respond, tallying three unanswered goals to hold a commanding 3-1 lead at the half.
- With another game seemingly falling from their grasp, LaGrange showed unbelievable heart as freshman forward Tatianna McCoy (McDonough, Ga.) scored back-to-back goals in the 56th and 74th minute to knot the game up at three-apiece.
- In the final minutes of the game, freshman forward Hennessy Reyes (Rome, Ga.) took the feed from Rawlings to deliver the electrifying game-winner and notch the Red and Black's first win of the season.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- LaGrange senior goalkeeper Anna Wright (Sharpsburg, Ga.) picked up the win in net for LC, tallying four tremendous saves.
- Reyes and McCoy led the Panthers with four and three shots on goal, respectively.
