MACON, Ga. – Playing at the Wolves of Wesleyan College for the final time as a conference opponent, the LaGrange College women's basketball team won 77-52 in Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) action on Tuesday evening at the Porter Gymnasium in Macon, Georgia. With the win, the Panthers have won six consecutive games, cementing their hold on first place in the conference standings.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Up by seven at halftime, the Panthers went on a 16-0 run to open the third quarter, a stretch that included three three-pointers from senior guard Laila Battle (Smyrna, Ga.) to blow the game open. The Wolves would never threaten again.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- LaGrange senior power forward Amanda Mclendon (Orlando, Fla.) led all scorers with 19 points, 13 rebounds and a block in a dominating performance.
- Battle finished with 15 points, five steals and five rebounds.
- LaGrange freshman guard Mya Anderson (Jones County, Ga.) had a career-high three three-pointers, finishing with 11 points and four rebounds.
- LaGrange sophomore guard Malea Graves (Tuscumbia, Ala.) added ten points.
- Wesleyan sophomore guard Mar'Reonna Little (Houston, Tex.) led the Wolves with 14 points.
