LAGRANGE, Ga. – The LaGrange College women's basketball team prevailed against visiting Belhaven University in Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) action on Thursday evening in Mariotti Gymnasium in LaGrange, Georgia.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• Senior guard Laila Battle (Smyrna, Ga.) led the Panthers with 26 points on the night, going 5-6 from behind the arc.
• Senior guard Amanda Mclendon (Orlando, Fla.) was not far behind with a double-double performance featuring 18 points and 10 rebounds.
• Belhaven's Kierston Hudson led her squad with nine points, four rebounds and a pair of assists in the losing effort.
