LAGRANGE, Ga. – The LaGrange College women's soccer team lost 4-0 to visiting Belhaven University in Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) action on Wednesday at Panther Field in LaGrange, Georgia.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the 13th minute, the Blazers drew a foul in the box and were awarded a penalty kick. Belhaven senior defender Reagan Nichols (Sugar Land, Tex.) put it through for her second goal of the season to give the visitors a 1-0 lead. Then in the 26th minute, it was again Nichols taking a PK as the Blazers went up 2-0. That score would hold up going into halftime.
- In the 56th minute, Belhaven senior midfielder Emma Antonoplos (Jacksonville, Fla.) blasted one through to increase the lead to 3-0. Belhaven senior forward Kelly McLaughlin (Saint Charles, Mo.) had the Blazers' fourth goal in the 70th minute.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- LaGrange freshman goalkeeper Carsen Makuch (Marietta, Ga.) tallied five saves on the day for the Panthers.
- Belhaven junior goalkeeper Addi Roberts (Florence, Miss.) recorded one stop for the Blazers.
- LaGrange freshman defender Kayleigh McClung (Harris County, Ga.) and freshman midfielder Kennedi Miller (Harris County, Ga.) each had team saves in the first half for the hosts.
