Panthers fall to the MC Avenging Angels

LC Women's Soccer dropped their home match 6-0 to Meredith College (Sept. 7).

Game Details
Freshman goalkeeper Kendall Lewis made her debut as a starter. Lewis quickly found herself in the action, making a doorstep save in the 12th minute. Less than ten minutes later, MC hit a goal from ten yards out. In the 30th minute, the Avenging Angels took a 2-0 lead. In the 40th, Lewis made back-to-back fantastic saves. MC led 2-0 going into the break. In the 51st minute, MC added a goal to go up 3-0. Five minutes later, the visitors went up 4-0. MC went on to win 6-0.
