Panthers place 13th at Chick-Fil-A Invitational

The LaGrange College Men's Golf finished in 13th place at the Chick-Fil-A Invitational to wrap up their fall season (Oct. 21-22). The tournament was held at Stonebridge Golf Club in Rome, Georgia. Berry College played host for the event.

LC had shining moments in round one, with freshman CJ Kilkelly shooting a round of 72 to help lead LaGrange shoot 304, placing the Panthers in a tie for 9th. The second round did not go the Panthers way, but had late birdies from junior Eli Rogers and sophomore Andrew Carr to push LC back into 13th place. LaGrange shot 311 in round two, finishing with a two round total of 615.

The Panthers were led individually by Eli Rogers, finishing in a tie for 19th at 5 over par, shooting rounds of 75 & 74. Click here to view the full results.

LC will take a few months off before hitting the road in March 2025 down to Savannah, Georgia for the Port City Invitational at Savannah County Club. The tournament is also hosted by Berry College.
