The Panthers fell 5-0 at home to the Scots of Maryville College, dropping the team's overall record to 4-7-3 (1-3 CCS). LC returns to Panther Field to host the Huntingdon College Hawks this Tuesday (Oct. 16).

Game Details
The visitors from Tennessee started today by jumping out to a 1-0 lead in the first ten minutes. This goal was set up by a Scots corner that was stuffed in at the goalkeeper's doorstep. In the 36th minute, the MC extended their lead to 2-0 on a hard shot from the top of the goal area. In the first half, the Scots were peppering the Panthers goalkeeper with shots. At the break, Anna Wright already tallied eight saves. 

During the opening ten minutes of the second half, the LC floodgates opened and Scots scores came flowing in. By the 55th minute mark, the visitors had extended their lead to 5-0 and never looked back. LC lost 5-0.
