Montgomery, Ala. - Huntingdon rallied to beat LaGrange, 3-1, in a USA South match Wednesday night. The Panthers are now 1-12 overall and 1-5 in conference play after their second loss of the season to the Hawks (7-11, 4-2 USA South).

The Panthers earned a hard-fought 25-20 victory in the first set of the match. Huntingdon came back with a 25-16 second-set win to even the match. The Hawks closed out the match with 25-15 and 25-16 wins in the third and fourth sets, respectively.

Journey Oden had team and career highs of 17 digs and 16 kills for the Panthers. Jharia Harris recorded a personal-best 14 kills, to go along with nine digs. Kirsten Boyd finished with 17 assists, six digs and four kills. Maggie Vo and Bailey Moss finished with 15 and 14 digs, respectively, as Vo tallied a career high in the category. Karson Troth chipped in with eight digs and seven kills.

The Panthers play a USA South tri-match Saturday against Berea and Agnes Scott in Berea, Kentucky.
