Box Score 2 LaGrange split a pair of USA South matches Saturday at Richter Gym. The Panthers downed Mary Baldwin and lost to Greensboro.
In the first match of the day, the Panthers swept (10-18, 4-9 USA South) Mary Baldwin 25-17, 25-23 and 25-23. Katie Chancellor had a team-high 15 kills for the Panthers. Mary Katherine Schmitz led the team with 29 assists, while Ella Weymiller had 12 digs.
Greensboro took the last match of the day 25-12, 25-23 and 25-16. Sydney Marshall had eight kills for the Panthers.
The Panthers host Huntingdon on Wednesday. It will be Senior Night for the Panthers' Hayley LaFontaine and Leslie Rhoades.
