ATLANTA, Ga. - Oglethorpe took a hard-fought 3-0 win over LaGrange in a non-conference match Thursday. The loss left the Panthers 9-17 on the season.

Oglethorpe (5-14) took the match by scores of 26-24, 25-21 and 25-22. It was the second win of the year by the Stormy Petrels over the Panthers.

Freshmen Katie Chancellor and Mary Katherine Schmitz led the Panthers. Chancellor had a team-high 15 kills, while Schmitz had a match-high 35 assists.

The Panthers host a USA South quad match Saturday at Richter Gym. The Panthers play Mary Baldwin at 10 a.m. and Greensboro at 4 p.m.
