Toccoa Falls, Ga. – Toccoa Falls College spoiled LaGrange College's 2010 opener with a 3-0 win Thursday. The Eagles swept the Panthers by scores of 25-18, 29-27 and 25-20.

The Panthers were led by Katie Covington and Hayley LaFontaine with nine kills each. Erin McKinstry had 22 assists and Crystal Colvin 14 digs. LaFontaine and Kristen Barton had eight digs each, while Kaydee Daniel added seven.

The Panthers play in the River City Tournament in Marietta, Ohio on Friday and Saturday. The Panthers face Bethany (W.Va.) and Kenyon on Friday. Saturday, they take on host Marietta and Deni
