Diamond Clemmer

Diamond Clemmer has been the Head Coach of the LaGrange College Cheerleading Program since January of 2026. She brings a dynamic combination of competitive cheer experience, program development, and professional leadership to the role.

Clemmer currently serves as the All-Star Cheer Director and Coach at Tumbletown 2 in LaGrange, where she has led athlete development, competitive training, and team culture since April of 2024. She also serves as the Assistant Competition Cheer Coach at Gardner Newman Middle School, contributing to athlete growth and program structure at the middle school level.

Prior to joining Tumbletown 2, Clemmer coached at Champions Training Academy in LaGrange from August of 2022, building foundational skills and competitive readiness in athletes across multiple age divisions.

Professionally, Clemmer has worked remotely for Maximus, Incorporated since April of 2021, managing call center operations across the country. Her leadership background includes performance management, organizational development, compliance, and large-scale team operations—bringing a structured, high-accountability leadership approach to athletic program building. She previously worked for Milliken & Company in LaGrange, managing environmental, health, and safety compliance.

Clemmer is a graduate of the National Paralegal College in Phoenix, Arizona and is currently working toward her MBA in Leadership and Management at Western Governors University. 

Her vision for the LaGrange College Cheerleading Program centers on competitive excellence, athlete development, academic accountability, and building a strong, values-driven program culture.
