Noland Asberry joined the LaGrange College football coaching staff in July of 2026.
Asberry enters the 2026 season as the Panthers' Linebackers Coach.
A former NCAA Division I student-athlete, Asberry comes to LaGrange after completing his collegiate career at Arkansas State University. He earned a Bachelor of General Studies degree from Arkansas State in 2026 after beginning his academic and athletic career at the University of Alabama.
During the 2025 season, Asberry appeared in 11 games for the Red Wolves as a member of the special teams unit. His experience at two Division I programs provided him with a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and player development.
In addition to his collegiate playing experience, Asberry has served as a substitute teacher with Mobile County Public Schools, where he has developed valuable mentoring, communication, and classroom leadership skills while working with students across multiple grade levels.
A native of Mobile, Alabama, Asberry has also been active in community service throughout his career, volunteering with youth mentorship initiatives and the Tuscaloosa County Juvenile Detention Center. He was also recognized as a Gilman Scholarship recipient during his collegiate career.
