Chris Jerry enters his first year as the assistant football coach for defensive backs (2024).

Most recently, Jerry spent the past two years as a graduate assistant at New Mexico Highlands University. As an assistant, Jerry helped coach the wide receivers, running backs and corner backs. 

Prior to picking up the whistle, Jerry played defensive back for the Florida A&M University Rattlers. In 2022, he graduated from FAMU with a degree in criminal justice with a minor in coaching.
