Box Score SEWANEE, Tenn. – The LaGrange College men's soccer team lost 4-2 at Sewanee in non-conference action on Wednesday evening at Puett Field in Sewanee, Tennessee.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Down 2-0 in the final moments of the first half, the Panthers got on the board in the final second off a buzzer-beating shot from LaGrange sophomore midfielder Clay Kafsky (Clarkesville, Ga.) for his second career goal off an assist from sophomore defender Raul Rivero (Duluth, Ga.) as the teams into halftime with Sewanee leading 2-1.
- In the 69th minute, the Panthers were awarded a penalty kick that was taken by junior forward Kenny Pameni (Atlanta, Ga.) for his fourth goal of the season, tying the game at 2-2. In the 74th minute, it would be the Tigers getting a PK opportunity, as junior forward Grayson White (Columbia, S.C.) gave the hosts the lead back, 3-2. An insurance goal by Sewanee defender Edward Kennedy (Johns Creek, Ga.) in the 85th minute clinched it.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- LaGrange sophomore goalkeeper Braeden Hayes (St. Augustine, Fla.) finished with three saves on the day for the Panthers.
- Sewanee sophomore Reid Gunzenhauser (Winston-Salem, N.C.) tallied four stops for the Tigers.
