LAGRANGE, Ga. – For the second consecutive week, a Panther from the LaGrange College women's volleyball team has been named the Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Player of the Week for the week ending September 13, 2026, as junior outside hitter
Ella Sprouse (Sneads, Fla.) was recognized in an announcement by the conference late Monday.
Sprouse delivered a standout week for LaGrange at the Raleigh Invitational, totaling 48 kills while hitting .301 across 13 sets as the Panthers went 3-1. She averaged 3.69 kills and 2.69 digs per set, while also contributing 35 digs, four service aces, five assists and two block assists.
Sprouse joins sophomore middle-blocker
Kaitlyn Smith (Buckeye, Ariz.) who earned Player of the Week honors for week ending September 6
th, becoming the first Panther in school history to claim CCS Player of the Week honors.
The junior transfer currently leads the Panthers in kills per set and service aces.
