GULF SHORES, Ala.– The LaGrange College beach volleyball team went 0-4 at the 2026 Badger Beach Bash hosted by Spring Hill College on Friday and Saturday at the Gulf Shores Public Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
HUNTINGDON 3, LAGRANGE 2
- The duo of sophomore Julia Damico (North Port, Fla.) and freshman Alex Krabs (Boynton Beach, Fla.) went 2-0 at the one spot.
- At the two spot, sophomore Isabella Zentkovich (Sharpsburg, Ga.) and freshman Kaitlyn Smith (Buckeye, Ariz.) came up just short 1-2.
- At three, sophomore Akajah Burton (West Valley City, Utah) and freshman Jasmine Gross (Antioch, Tenn.) likewise were edged 1-2.
- Finally, sophomore Kaitlin Gilchrist (Pelham, Ala.) and freshman Danika Durham (Parker, Ariz.) lost at the four position, 1-2.
- Sophomore Ella Kahikina (Tampa, Fla.) and freshman Riley Curtis (Labelle, Fla.) prevailed at number five, 2-1.
ERSKINE 5, LAGRANGE 0
- Facing Division II powerhouse Erskine, the Panthers lost 2-0 in each bout. Kahikina paired with freshman Emerson Melvin (Hahira, Ga.) at the five spot in the contest.
SPRING HILL 5, LAGRANGE 0
- The Panthers went 0-5 against Spring Hill, losing 2-0 in each matchup.
- Kahikina and freshman Andie Wright (Columbus, Miss.) competed in the fifth spot.
BERRY 5, LAGRANGE 0
- The Panthers went 0-5 against Berry, losing 2-0 in each matchup.
- Kahikina and Curtis competed in the fifth spot.

- LaGrange is back on the sand on Tuesday, March 3rd when they travel to Wesleyan College.
