ALEXANDER CITY, Ala. – The LaGrange College men's tennis team picked up their first win of the fall season at Central Alabama Community College in non-conference action on Sunday afternoon at the CACC tennis courts in Alexander City, Alabama.

senior Michael Strydom (Brits, South Africa) and sophomore James Willingham (Waycross, Ga.) defeated Logan Bose and Fredrick Smith 9-8 and (7-2).

senior Nic Bodin (Atlanta, Ga.) and sophomore Yoni Falla (Guadeloupe) coasted to victory over Mason Tidwell and Drue Gasliano 8-1.

senior Kyle Moore (Sharpsburg, Ga.) and freshman Caleb Taff (Douglasville, Ga.) dispatched of Heath Hartley and William Pach in an 8-0 rout.
SINGLES

Strydom fell just short in his singles match against Bose, losing the first set 4-6 and the second 1-6.

Falla clinched the match for LC with his come-from-behind win over Smith, dropping the first set 5-7 and bouncing back with wins of 6-0 and (10-3).

Willingham made short work of Hartley, besting him 6-1 in respective sets.

Taff picked up his first collegiate win as he got the better of Pach 6-1 and 6-4.

Moore endured a straight-set loss to Krack 6-7, (11-13) and 3-6.

Bodin triumphed over Todin in straight sets 7-5 and 6-3.
