ATLANTA, Ga. – In their final tuneup before the Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) playoffs, the LaGrange College women's volleyball team lost in straight sets at Oglethorpe University in non-conference action on Saturday at Dorough Field House in Atlanta, Georgia.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- The Panthers battled hard in each set, taking a 19-18 lead in the third and holding off match point twice to tie it up at 24-24 behind a kill from freshman outside hitter Alex Krabs (Boynton Beach, Fla.). But the Petrels would hold them off, winning off a service ace.
- Krabs led the Panthers with 11 kills, three block assists and four digs.
- Freshman outside hitter Jasmine Gross (Antioch, Tenn.) posted eight kills with four digs, while freshman middle-blocker Kaitlyn Smith (Buckeye, Ariz.) finished with seven kills and four block assists.
- Sophomore libero Isabella Zentkovich (Sharpsburg, Ga.) tallied 18 digs, averaging 6.0 digs per set.

- LaGrange is back on the court on Tuesday when they host Huntingdon in the CCS playoffs. Match time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
