COLUMBUS, Miss. – The LaGrange College men's tennis team picked up their third win of the fall season at the Mississippi University for Women in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon at Garrett Tennis Courts in Columbus, Mississippi.

senior Michael Strydom (Brits, South Africa) and sophomore James Willingham (Waycross, Ga.) were defeated by Josh Cooper and Alvaro Bardales 6-7 (5-7).

senior Nic Bodin (Atlanta, Ga.) and junior Connor Golden (Douglasville, Ga.) were etched out by Dylan Barber and Jonathan Mitchell 6-7 (5-7).

senior Kyle Moore (Sharpsburg, Ga.) and freshman Caleb Taff (Douglasville, Ga.) dispatched Tyler Bailey and Paul Gaines 6-3.
SINGLES

Sophomore Yoni Falla (Guadeloupe) fell just short in his singles match against Bardales, losing the first set 4-6 and the second 3-6.

Strydom achieved a hard-fought victory in his singles matchup, besting Cooper 7-5 (5-7) and 10-7.

Taff continued his dominance with LC, picking a big win over Gaines in a straight-set victory 6-1 and 6-2.

Willingham made short work of Bailey, besting him in 6-0 in respective sets.

Bodin took down Mitchell in his tilt 6-3 and 7-5.

Moore fell just short in his match with Barber, losing 4-6, (6-4) and 7-10.
