LAGRANGE, Ga. - Visiting Huntingdon topped LaGrange 97-79 in a Collegiate Conference of the South game Saturday afternoon (Jan. 25) in Mariotti Gym. The loss dropped the Panthers to 5-14 overall and 1-6 in conference play. The Hawks improved to 15-3 on the season and 6-1 in the conference.

Micah McAllister. McAllister had a team-high 18 points off the bench. The junior was 3-of-6 from 3-point range and tied
Tyler Harrington for team honors with eight rebounds.
Kameron McCall added 13 points.
Harrington's trey gave the Panthers an early 6-4 lead.
Brodie Scott's free throw gave the Panthers their last lead of the game, 7-6, four minutes into the game.
Huntingdon opened up a double-digit lead, 25-14, with 11 minutes left in the half. McCall sank a pair of free throws to cut the Hawk's lead to six, 25-19. Huntingdon outscored the Panthers 23-14 over the final eight minutes of the half to take a 48-33 lead at the break.
In the second half, the Panthers got within eight points twice in the first three minutes of the half. McAllister's 3-pointer made it 51-43 and Harrington's trey got LC close again, 54-46. The Panthers did not get closer than 10 points the rest of the way.
