Panthers soar past the Owls of MUW

LC Men's Soccer secures first win of the season after beating Mississippi University for Women 6-0 (Sept. 6).

Game Details
LC Soccer started tonight's home matchup against the Owls in high gear. Within the first minute, Lucas Duke found Robel Teshome in front of the net for Teshome to put the Panthers up 1-0. Only a minute later, Teshome scored his second goal of the night off of a Satchel Hart assist. Robel secured the first LC hat trick of the season after he knocked in a goal in the fifth minute. The Panthers ended the half up 5-0 after Lucas Duke and Dylan Bailey both scored goals. In the 62nd minute, Kenny Pameni added one more LC goal to put the Panthers up 6-0. 

Top Panther Performer
From the very first whistle, Robel Teshome was locked in. Within five minutes of the opening kick, Teshome already secured a hat trick. He finished tonight with three goals.

The Panthers hit the road to face Methodist University next weekend (Sept. 14).
