Although the Panthers lost 3-0 Birmingham-Southern, they battled throughout.

In a hard fought first set, the Panthers fell to Birmingham-Southern 25-13. Although LC did not win this set, we had fewer service errors, which was an issue in the last match. 

At the beginning of the second set, each team alternated blows until Birmingham-Southern was able to pull away. In this set, Carmen Hamilton led the team with an outstanding five digs. The Panthers lost the second set 25-11.

As shown in the last match, these Panthers do not quit if they are down. During the third set, LC came out firing. The team led for the first nine points, while putting up a great fight. BSC was able to pull away to win the third set 25-15.
