BEREA, Ky. - LaGrange split a pair of matches at a USA South tri-match Saturday hosted by Berea College. The Panthers lost, 3-0, to the host Mountaineers before beating Agnes Scott, 3-0.

The Panthers (2-13, 2-6 USA South) snapped a six-match losing streak in the sweep of Agnes Scott. LC took the match by scores of 25-18, 25-20 and 25-23. Journey Oden had a match-high 10 kills and a .316 kill percentage to lead the Panthers. Kirsten Boyd had her second double-double of the day with 15 assists and 11 digs, to go with eight kills.

Berea downed LC 25-23, 25-10 and 25-18. Boyd had a double-double of 16 assists and 12 digs. Jharia Harris, Ariel Modeste, and Karson Troth all had four kills. 

The Panthers host Wesleyan in a USA South match Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in Richter Gymnasium. LC won the first meeting, 3-0, at Wesleyan on Sept. 23.
