LaGrange downed visiting Covenant 5-4 for a Senior Day victory Saturday. The Panthers (10-3, 9-2 USA South) reached 10 wins for the third season in a row in avenging an earlier 6-3 loss to the Scots (8-8, 8-3 USA South).

John Mitchell Benton was honored in pre-match ceremonies. Benton defeated Paxton Haggerty in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3. He teamed with Kyle Kelley to win at #1 doubles over Haggerty and Trey Wood, 8-4. Kelley clinched the match for LC at #4 singles with a straight set 7-5, 6-1 win over Chris Morton.

The Panthers close out the regular schedule April 19 at Piedmont.
