LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. - LaGrange dropped matches to Piedmont and Covenant in a USA South tri-match Saturday. The Panthers (10-11, 2-6 USA South) lost both matches by 3-0 scores.

Piedmont (11-9, 5-3 USA South) beat the Panthers 25-4, 25-23, and 25-15. Host Covenant (15-7, 9-0 USA South) topped LC by scores of 25-23, 30-28, and 25-17.

Emily Arnold had 10 kills to lead the Panthers against Piedmont. Maggie Ivester had a double-double of 10 kills and 17 digs against Covenant, while Cierra Terry had a match-high 22 digs.

The Panthers play Maryville and Brevard in a USA South tri-match next Saturday in Maryville, Tennessee.
