Box Score MONTGOMERY, Ala. - LaGrange lost to Huntingdon 55-13 on Saturday in Sanford Stadium in a USA South game. The Panthers are now 3-3 overall and 1-2 in conference play, while the defending conference champion Hawks improved to 5-1 on the season and 2-1 in league play.
The Panthers were held to their lowest points output of the season. Connor Blair threw for 287 yards and a touchdown, while Alex Scott's touchdown run accounted for the other Panther score.
Blair's 19 yard pass to Lavell Meeks tied the game at 7-7 in the first quarter. Meeks finished the game with a team-leading six catches for 69 yards. Huntingdon scored the next five touchdowns, until Scott's two-yard run late in the third quarter.
The Panthers host Ferrum next Saturday for Homecoming 2016. Kickoff is 1 p.m.
