Women's Tennis: Panthers make it four in a row with 7-2 win at Brevard

BREVARD, N.C. - The LaGrange women's tennis team topped Brevard 7-2 on Friday. The win was the fourth straight for the Panthers, now 9-7. Jenna Eppes upped her season mark to 11-5 at #1 singles with a three-set victory over Kelsey Kushner. Eppes dropped the first set 7-6, but came back with 6-1, 11-9 wins in the second and third set to take the match. Liz Minick did not drop a game in winning her #2 singles match 6-0, 6-0. Eppes and Minick also teamed up to win #1 doubles. Kaitlin Smith and Nicole Phillips won their respective matches at #4 and #5 singles, while teaming together to take the #2 doubles match.

The Panthers play a USA South match at Covenant on Saturday.
