Men's Tennis: Panthers knock off defending NJCAA national champion Emory-Oxford

OXFORD, Ga. - The LaGrange men's team opened its fall schedule with a 6-3 win over Emory-Oxford, the defending NJCAA national champion.

The Panthers took two of the three doubles matches, and clinched the win with four wins in singles play. Freshmen Will Thompson and Thatcher got their first collegiate singles wins at #2 and #6 singles respectively. Alu also teamed with Drew Cantrell to take the #3 doubles match.
