Men's Basketball: Olson's buzzer beater against William Peace nominated for GEICO Play of the Year

Justyn Olson hit a buzzer-beater to lift LaGrange to a thrilling 105-103 double overtime win against William Peace on Feb. 7 and that play is nominated for the GEICO Play of the Year Intersport announced Monday.

Each week for five weeks, four incredible college basketball plays will be nominated as the GEICO Play of the Year. Each week's winner will be determined by fan voting through the official Facebook page (facebook.com/BestofCollegeBasketball). The five finalists will compete in a week-long competition to determine the GEICO Play of the Year. The winner will be announced during the GEICO Best of College Basketball special which airs March 27 at Noon ET on CBS.
 
Olson's game-winning shot is competing against three other plays from week one including a  deep-three game-winner by Carroll's Ben Widdes, a  three-quarter-court shot by Scranton's Brendan Boken, and a title-winning buzzer beater by Defiance's Michael Parker.
